Field Notes, Essays & The Signal

This is where I explore the ideas I’m learning to notice, practice, and live.

Much of my writing sits somewhere between health, awareness, regulation, self-relationship, and the ways we participate more fully in our lives.

Some ideas arrive as Field Notes: short observations, questions, and tensions that are still taking shape.

Others become Essays, where I give an idea a little more room to develop.

And The Signal is my newsletter, bringing together reflections and practices around the ideas I’m exploring most deeply.

None of this is meant to offer a finished answer.

It is an ongoing exploration of what happens when an idea moves beyond something we understand and begins to change how we notice, choose, and live.
